Package Re-Subscription

In case you have finished your data volume before 30 days period and wish to receive your monthly volume again, you can easily re-subscribe your package.
You can also recharge timely during your 30 Day package validity to save any remaining volume which is automatically carried forward, through the following steps.

Prepaid Subscribers:

  • ✔ Please Recharge your CharJi device as per your monthly line-rent and then send an SMS on 0512181218 with the following format:
        Resub <Your CharJi MDN>   (example: Resub 0453143272)
    ✔ SMS format is not case sensitive.
    ✔ The customer must ensure they send the SMS from their registered mobile number i.e number provided at time of CharJi device biometric verification. (Customers may dial 1218 to update their contact details).
    ✔ Volume as per your current package is instantly provided with 30 days validity and any remaining volume is carried forward automatically for residential subscribers.
     

In case you are facing any problem in  re-subscribing to your package with the method above, please dial 1218 to request re-subscription, once you have recharged as per your package monthly line-rent.

Postpaid Subscribers:

  • ✔ Please send an SMS on 0512181218 with the following Format:
        Resub <Your CharJi MDN>   (example: Resub 0453143272)
    ✔ SMS format is not case sensitive.
    ✔ The customer must ensure they send the SMS from their registered mobile number i.e number provided at time of CharJi device biometric verification. 
        (Customers may dial 1218 to update their contact details)
    ✔ Your Re-subscription charge will be reflected in your postpaid monthly invoice.
    ✔ Volume as per your current package is instantaneously provided and is valid till the 1st of the next calendar month. Please note, if you have any remaining volume in your account at the time of resubscription, the volume will be saved and carried forward automatically for residential subscribers.
    ✔ The volume of postpaid packages is refreshed automatically on the 1st of every calendar month.
