Ans. No, all these packages are expired

Q6 Once customer opts for Freedom package, can switch to any other expired package like Pakistan plus?

Ans. No, once switched to freedom package cannot come back.

Q7 What if customer wants to shift his telephone line to another location in same exchange or other exchange?

Ans. Customer can shift his Landline services to another location for Rs. 500 for shifting charges.

Ans. NO, only one package at a time can be selected

Ans. Yes you can opt for any other VAS service along with VMS service

Q18 If any customer orders a New LL + BB but after making upfront payment of Set Up charges, the customer wants to proceed order for only PSTN services; what will happen in such cases with respect to payment?

Ans. Difference (Excess) payment will be sent in next monthly generated bill
Moreover, if PSTN only order is booked and later after SMS payment generation, order is revised to Double Play, customer will pay only Landline charges and remaining Broadband charges will go in monthly generated bill for payment.

Q19 If BM/Exchange staff mark an order as Not Feasible, what will happen with such orders in the future?

Ans. PTCL will follow up. If the order is found to be feasible at a later date, it will be revised and SMS for payment will be generated.

Q20 What are On-net call charges if a certain package does not have its discount?

Ans. On-net (PTCL to PTCL) call charges are Rs. 1.20/min

Q21 What are Mobile call charges if a certain package does not have its discount?

Ans. Mobile (PTCL to Pakistani Mobile Operator) call charges are Rs. 2.5/min
