What is PTCL Services and how to link services to your Account

To avoid the repeat input of your pstn number and account id you need to link your product pstn or EVO with your online account. The CNIC of your online account should be same in PTCL system against your product. Following are the process to link the services.

Go to My Account section of website
Click on PTCL Services
Select the product and click on option search to link the services.

How to inquire & online bill payment through website

Click on navigation menu "Pay Bill" on home screen of corporate website www.ptcl.com.pk Or Login in to My Account.

Select the Product you want to pay.

Enter Landline number or MDN to inquire the bill.

For bill payment, click on “Pay Bill” option.

Enter the amount you want to pay and submit.

Fill the credit card information having credit card number, Card expiry and verification code.

Click on "Pay" to pay the dues online.

You will receive confirmation message on screen and SMS on your registered mobile number.

What if my device is misplaced/stolen?

In case of misplaced/stolen device, please contact the nearest OSS/CSC immediately to get the device blocked permanently to prevent unfair usage. Please note that in such cases, PTCL would not be liable to make any Free of Cost replacement.

What if I want to temporarily block my EVO connection?

EVO can be temporarily blocked by making a request at any nearest smart shop/CSC.

What if I am not satisfied with the service? Can I claim a refund?

We strive hard to ensure the high standards of quality that you expect from us. However in case you are not satisfied, you can claim a refund within 7 days of your purchase

What if my device malfunctions? Can I claim a replacement?

In case your EVO device malfunctions within the warranty period, our vendors would examine the device and in case it’s faulty; we’ll have it replaced Free of Cost with a new one. Please note the replacement period for the USB modem is 12months.
