Q: Are UAN and PRS numbers charged?
A: Yes, All UAN and PRS numbers will be charged. Complaint number 1218 and our helpline 1236 are free of charge.

Q: Can I change my Telephone Number?
A: Yes. Customers can change their telephone number. Please visit Service Changes under Support for more details.

Q: Can I have a single number and still use two devices at a time using Teleplus service?
A: With this Service, you can get two channels by default. Incase you opt to have two telephones, you can still have one number that could be used for two separate calls simultaneously.
