Q1. What card do I need to recharge by account?
A. You can recharge your account by using PTCL V-Fone scratch card, available in denominations of 100,300, 500 &1000.

Q2. How do I recharge my Evo Prepay Account?
A. To recharge your account simply open the “soft phone” from your Evo Software and dial 1015. Press 1 after language selection to recharge your account. Enter your 13 digit V-Fone recharge voucher number. To recharge more balance, please repeat the process.

Q3. When is my account balance deducted?
A. Your account balance is deducted the first time you connect to the internet. The validity of your account is automatically extended as per your subscribed package.

Q4. How do I check my account balance?
A. To check your account balance, simply open the “soft phone” from your Evo Software and dial 1015. Press 2 after language selection to check the remaining balance in your account. 
(Please note that as per our system working, the first time you connect to the internet, your balance would drop down to Re.1 but this would have no effect on your browsing ability)

Q5. How can I check my usage limit?
A. Customer can get their usage by emailing at evo.support@ptcl.net.pk or by dialing our 24/7 Toll Free helpline number 1218.

Q6. How can I change my Evo Prepay Package?
A. Prepaid customers can have their package switched by sending an email to evo.support@ptcl.net.pk or calling our Toll Free helpline 1218 or 1236. Your package will be switched within 24hours.

Q7. Can I change from Post-Paid Packages to any Evo Prepay Package and vice versa?
A. Yes; you can switch your package anytime you wish to change. To make a package change, please visit any of your nearest OSS/CSC with a paid telephone bill copy or email at evo.support@ptcl.net.pk . For further assistance you can also call our Toll Free Helpline1218.

Q8. What if I switch to a postpaid package, when I still have balance valid in my Prepay account?
A. If you switch to a postpaid package with unutilized balance in your prepaid account, the unutilized balance would not be carried forward and billing for the package would be done separately as per the package requirements.

Q9. What if I have unutilized balance in my Pre-paid account and I want to switch to another prepaid Package?
A
. In Case of any package switches, the unutilized balance is washed out. You’ll have to load a new card as per the package requirements; to get connected.

Q1.What is the validity of Evo Day Pass Package?
A. Evo Day Pass package is valid for 24 hours with unlimited data downloads. The validity starts from the first time you connect to the internet. You will be charged Rs.100/day only for the days you use your Evo connection.

Q2. In Day pass package, is Rs.500 card valid for 5 consecutive days or subscriber can select any days of the month? 
A. The biggest advantage of this package is that the subscriber pays only for the days they use the service and the unused balance remains in their account till the validity of the card loaded.

Q3. What is the validity of Evo Go 30 package?
A. Evo Go 30 Package is valid for 30 days, the allotted usage hours must be consumed within 30 days as they will not be rolled over to the next month.

Q4. What will be the charges in Evo Go 30 Package after the first 30 hours?
A. You will be charged Rs 21/ Hour after the first 30 Hours of usage.

Q5. What is the validity of Evo Lite Package? 
A. Evo Lite package is valid for 30 days. You must use your 50 free hours in 30 days as they will not be rolled over to the next month.

Q4. What will be the charges in Evo Lite Package after the first 50 hours?
A. You will be charged Rs.21/hour after the first 50 hours of usage.

Q5. What is the validity of Evo Max Package?
A. Evo Max package is valid for 30 days. The validity starts from the first time you connect to the internet. There is no data volume download limit within these 30 days.

Q6. When will my Package Activation Charges be deducted?
A. Your package activation charges will be deducted the first time you connect to the internet after selecting your desired package. You must have enough balance in your account to start using your desired package at the time you connect.

Q7. What is the billing cycle in prepay packages?
A. Subscribers get the full validity of 30 days (starting from the first connection) for EVO Max, EVO Lite & Evo Go 30 packages irrespective of the calendar dates. This gives subscriber complete freedom to enjoy prepay in true spirit.

Q8. If I am out of balance, will I be charged for the time period I am not using the EVO Service?
A. Once the package expires (24 hours for Day Pass, 30 days for EVO Max, EVO Lite & EVO Go 30), there is no deduction for the time period that you are out of balance and not using the EVO services. You can reactivate the service anytime by recharging your account.

Q1.What is the package validity?
A. All packages are valid for 30days; starting the day you connect to our network for the first time.

Q2. When will I be billed for the service usage?
A. Customer will be charged monthly charges at the time of package subscription.

Q3. What will happen if I have utilized my volume limit; with additional balance in my account?
A. In such cases, you would be charged on per MB basis for each additional MB you utilize; based on your selected package.

Q4. How can I check my usage limit?

Q5. How can I recharge my EVO account?
A. The mode of payment will be through V-Fone Prepaid Scratch Cards rechargeable through 1015

Q1. Where can I pay my Evo bill?
A. You can pay your Evo bill at your nearest PTCL One Stop Shops (OSS), Customer Service Centers (CSC), Ufone Customer service Centers and PTCL designated banks. For PTCL landline package; the billing would be along with the phone bill payable along with the landline bill.

Q2. What if I have purchased a Landline billing package and I want to switch to Advance line rental billing and vice versa?
A. In case you want to switch a postpaid package, simply visit your nearest One stop shop/customer services centre, along with a PTCL landline bill copy and our staff would get your package switched within 36 hours.

Q3. Can I change from Post-paid Packages to any Evo Prepay Package and vice versa?
A. Yes all sorts of package conversions are allowed. To make a package change, simply email your change request to evo.support@ptcl.net.pk or call our Toll Free Helpline 1218 for further assistance.

Q4. Are there any additional charges or tax over and above the rates mentioned for packages?
A. No there are no additional charges or taxes applicable on this service.

Q5. What if I have a Landline billing package and I want to change my PTCL landline billing number?
A. In case you want to have your billing number changed, simply email your request along with paid bill copy of your existing and new number to evo.support@ptcl.net.pk .
