Q: Can the Free balance be utilized to make calls to all destinations?
A: No, Free balance can be utilized to make only On-Net Calls i.e. to Vfone to Vfone, Vfone to PTCL landline numbers & for Vfone Internet usage.
Q: Does the Free balance have any expiry limit?
A: Yes, for Desktop customers, the Free balance of Rs.1000 would be valid for 30 days, whereas for our SIM customers Free Balance of Rs.50 has to be consumed within 5days of card loading.
Q: Are there any promotional offers on card loading?
A: Yes; for our new customer, on loading a card of Rs 1000, Airtime worth 1000 Free minutes would be offered, which can be utilized to make calls to any Vfone and PTCL number, be it local or Nationwide. The validity of free minutes is 30 days.
