To verify and update customer ownership information records in accordance with the PTA directive. 


  • Customers are advised to register their Vfone in their name with NADRA by dialing 789
  • Customers are being advised to call PTCL helpline 1236 and have their Vfone ownership details.
  • An out bound call center has also been setup which is placing calls to those Vfone customers where ownership records are incomplete. The customer receives a call from CLI 1236 hence authenticating that the call is being made from PTCL representatives.
