Karachi, January 3, 2011: In recognition of her outstanding efforts for provision of best customer care and outreach services by Pakistan Telecommunications Company Ltd (PTCL), Ms. Soofia Khanum was given the "Top Agent of the Karachi Contact Center Award” at the Annual Dinner Gala and Awards Ceremony of PTCL Contact Center Karachi. Ms. Soofia Khanum received her award from PTCL Senior Executive Vice President Business Zone South, Mr. Furqan Habib (left), who was the chief guest on the occasion. PTCL Executive Vice President Technical South, Murad Ali Shah and other dignitaries were also present. PTCL Contact Center Karachi reaches out to customers spread all over Pakistan. Operating round the clock, the Center hosts more than 300 Customer Service Agents who conduct sales and pre-sales activities for PTCL products and services, and also respond to customer order queries. PTCL Contact Center Karachi has been awarded with ISO 9001:2008 certification, and manages its operations according to international standards.
